ABOUT Josh
Josh's fitness journey started through his involvement in team sport. As an athlete he was lucky to have a variety of professional and semi-professional coaches help show him the power of training that is purposeful, evidence-based and engaging. Coupled with genuine care for people, he has helped hundreds of clients make meaningful and measurable positive changes in their health and performance.
Josh loves working with people who are working on themselves. His client feedback regularly points to his knack for helping people feel safe and accepted for who they are, whilst simultaneously encouraging them to grow into their potential and who they can be.
For those looking to get started on their fitness journey, Josh recommends using a simple, safe and effective training plan to help you find consistency. He's a big advocate of training with others for support and accountability, whether that be a friend or a coach you trust.
Josh describes his training style as people-focussed, effective and fun.
Aside from going to the gym, Josh is a lover of discovering new places to travel, music, and restaurants. He also enjoys reading, music festivals, camping, video games and trips to the local Sunday markets.
